Jack in the ‘gets it wrong’!

What the fuck is up with the Jack in the Box drive thru? Every time i frequent this place of business they always seem to horribly rape my order the wrong way with no lubricant. I know what’s in Jack’s box: a lack of customer service and a lack of efficiency to detail! Did you ask for that special sauce you really like? Too bad! Ask for no mayo on your chicken sandwich? Tough luck! Order 4 tacos? Only 3 are in the bag!
I understand a mistake from time to time, but every time? Keep in mind, this does not happen when you actually go in to Jack in the Box and sit down to eat. I’ve given this matter some thought and I think I know why.
Manners are dead. Do you know how easy it is to forget your please and thank yous when you’re just speaking into a scratchy sounding box? Observe how polite you are when you’re actually looking at someone in the eye and you want something. Drive thrus have turned us into inconsiderate brutes. We must remember: even though we’re most likely drunk or high at the Jack in the Box drive thru (otherwise I don’t know why you’d be eating there) it is no excuse to conveniently forget to be polite.
So keep in mind: when you’re fucked up treat the American icon of deep fried salty snack treats with the respect you show your grandma. And if you don’t respect your grandma then there is no hope for you.

Friends, who LIE!

Everybody has Facebook these days. It is the ultimate social networking tool. Jokes aside, it is a pretty convenient thing. And no, Facebook did not pay me to say that.
Being the popular (and humble) guy that I am, I get friend requests on Facebook all the time. Sometimes I don’t even know the people but hey, you took the time to request my friendship. Who am I to deny that?
But just the last week I got a friend request that was awfully suspicious. Lexus Star wanted to be my friend. Besides her name, the real shocker was that…she’s single! Who woulda thunk it? The plot thickens. Her profile picture was strategically taken to accentuate the large size of her boobs right before the nipple risked exposure. Wow, what a great new friend!
Oh, wait…she doesn’t want friendship. She wants money for sex! A true friend does not charge for sex! Facebook and Myspace are now being whored out by whores themselves. I honestly have nothing against prostitution. Just be upfront about it. Prostitution is not friendship; it’s a business transaction involving my penis.
I still think Mr. Show had the right idea and money should be abolished replaced with a series of blowjobs ranging in quality.

Words With Friends on steroids

I think it’s safe to assume that most people are against steroids in sports. It would be like Andre the giant playing tug of war with new born baby; it’s just not fair. Whatever your views on survival of the fittest, cheating is still cheating no matter how you do it.
But everyone’s tired of hearing about steroids and baseball. This brings me to another major problem threatening the nation: cheating at Words With Friends. There are search engines out there that will play the game for you and give you the longest and best possible word scores. And I know for a fact some people are cheating. If before I played you at Words With Friends and I thought you were borderline retarded or possibly the missing link then I really don’t expect you to get 7 to 8 letter words for 80 points each.
I’m lead to only one conclusion: you’re a fucking cheater! Just because Words With Friends isn’t being televised doesn’t mean you can cheat. And most of all, cheating does not give you bragging rights. You are not the Stephen Hawking of words, okay! Yes, I believe in freedom but when that freedom is cheapened by your blatant dishonesty then the integrity of intellect and competition itself becomes meaningless. I’m gonna go play Mario you cheating bastards!

Santa is a Terrorist

Christmas is an interesting time of year. Fat men in red suits, pine tree’s adorned and watered, and exploding powder sewn into underwear? Yea, it seems as though people who have ill will towards other don’t observe holidays.
Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, with an explosive powder sewn into his underwear, attempted to blow up a Northwest Airlines plane on Christmas day. Commander and Thief Obama was quick to inform us, while in Hawaii on vaca, that this was an “attempted act of terrorism”, and “The United States will more than simply strengthen our defenses. We will continue to use every element of our national power to disrupt, to dismantle and defeat the violent extremists who threaten us.”
This is all very confusing. It truly is. But let us try and break this down.
First and foremost, there was a group out of the Arabian Peninsula that has allegedly claimed responsibility for the attack. This information should be taken with a grain of salt as my guess would be that claiming an attack like this would be a badge of honor, not to mention the guy could have just as easily worked alone. However, Philip Elliot of the AP says this:

Meanwhile, al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula claimed responsibility for the thwarted attack as retaliation for a U.S. operation against the group in Yemen. Yemeni forces, helped by U.S. intelligence, carried out two airstrikes against al-Qaida operatives this month in the lawless country that is fast becoming a key front in the war on terror. The second one was a day before Abdulmutallab attempted to bring down a Northwest Airlines flight as it prepared to land in Detroit.

Therefore as a result of continuing “to use every element of our national power to disrupt, to dismantle and defeat the violent extremist who threaten us” we have these extremist out there willing to bring down a plane of innocent people. To be fair, I’m all for protecting myself from violent individuals who mean harm, however the actions of occupying a person or nations land, and murdering innocent people, is going to create the exact extremism the government is “trying” to stop.
The sad part is that the people that don’t have their right to life taken away by despicable men acting in retaliation will have their rights of freedom stripped away by some TSA goon acting on stolen money.
Too bad Obama doesn’t care about the rights of Americans as he does the rights of the Iranians:

The United States joins with the international community in strongly condemning the violent and unjust suppression of innocent Iranian citizens, which has apparently resulted in tensions, injuries and even death. For months, the Iranian people have sought nothing more than to exercise their universal rights. Each time they have done so, they have been met with iron fist of brutality, even on solemn occasions and holy days. And each time that has happened, the world has watched with deep admiration for the courage and the conviction of the Iranian people, who are part of Iran’s great and enduring civilization. What’s taking place in Iran is not about the United States or any other country. It’s about the Iranian people and their aspirations for justice, and a better life for themselves. And the decision of Iran’s leaders to govern through fear and tyranny will not succeed in making those aspirations go away. As I said in Oslo, it’s telling when governments fear the aspirations of their own people more than the power of any other nation. Along with all free nations, the United States stands with those who seek their universal rights. We call upon the Iranian government to abide by the international obligations that it has to respect the rights of its own people. We call for the immediate release of all who have been unjustly detained within Iran. We will continue to bear witness to the extraordinary events that are taking place there. And I am confident that history will be on the side of those who seek justice.

I think the fair answer to this question would be a definite “YES THEY ARE!” And they are not doing a very good job I might add. Tonight’s show is sure to “shock” you no doubt, we ask the question when is enough, well enough? A man is found 20 hours after a 911 call was placed after an accident. Where are the cops we are paying to “serve and protect”? Not doing a good job babysitting are they? But wait regulations on advertising food for kids? A nanny tactic if I have ever heard one. “YOUR kids can’t be shown certain foods” government once again is not allowing American kids and their parents to make these decisions for themselves.

My name is MelissaAnn a new member and co-host of LibertyShock. I had the pleasure of joining Nick James in a podcast and I hope to be a regular co-host every week.

I have just recently been introduced to the idea of Liberty and Freedom as well as the idea of a Free Market Society. Life to me has always been something I just go along with and only now have I been “awaken” you could say to what is happening around me. Join me in getting past the “shock” of the Liberty along with NickJames and JordanMichaels. I’m positve that it will be a bumpy ride but I look foreword to the better understanding of the value of my life, property, liberty, and freedoms and the choice “I” have to make the best of it.
